3. PERFORMANCE & USAGE DISCLAIMERS

Results Disclaimer: The transition from e-bike to professional environments depends on your specific activity level. While our Boardroom-Matte Architecture eliminates synthetic shine, your individual results in extreme conditions may vary. Maintenance: FINALLY, follow all care instructions to maintain the molecular integrity of the fabric. Failure to follow washing guidelines may result in the loss of technical properties, which is a HELL you want to avoid.

4. PURCHASE TERMS

Payment:  everything must be paid in full at the time of order. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice based on Batch availability and production costs. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse orders that look like unauthorized commercial resale.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Coverage: We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand at the moment. Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 5-8 business days. Risk: EVERYTHING regarding the risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes the package.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Period: We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them, in original packaging. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5-8 business days.
