Return & refund policy
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
Condition Requirements:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging required
- Partially used or lit candles cannot be returned
- Items must not show signs of wear or damage
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Products damaged by misuse
- Items returned after 30-day window
RETURN PROCESS

- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship to provided return address
- Tracking number recommended for your protection
RETURN SHIPPING
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Shipping Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUND PROCESSING
Processing Time: 5-8 business days after we receive your returned items.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items not meeting return criteria will be shipped back to customer at their expense.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
